MMA PT Summary

  • All equipment is provided - Boxing gloves w/ fresh hand wraps, boxing focus mitts, and Muay Thai kick pads.

  • Basic to advanced fundamental training - punches, kicks, knees, elbows

  • Focus mitt work for accuracy and power development

  • Footwork drills for healthy body posture, balance, and rhythm

  • High-intensity interval training mixed with MMA for advanced workouts

  • Safety first and controlled training to prevent injury and liability

Key qualifications and other info

  • 15+ years of MMA experience w/ fight experience

  • Beginners to advanced levels are all welcome

  • Instructed in the United States Air Force, Seattle gyms, and private clients (can provide all references)

  • High-intensity Interval training coach (+1 yr experience)

  • Certified MMA conditioning coach under NESTA

  • Training locations - public areas, client’s own workout environment w/ mandatory +1 guest
